Charleston, South Carolina.
While Charleston has long been safe from rampaging Redcoats, many of the old buildings’ magnificent wrought iron gates still stand, now protecting South Carolina’s oldest city and its inhabitants from door-to-door salesmen (if nothing else). Those gates inspired this elegant set of throw pillows. These knitted gates may not keep out unwanted suitors or guests who overstay their welcome, but they will definitely gussy up your favorite chaise, divan and fainting couch.
